Gooseberry Pie
Ingredients:
• 1 quart Treehouse Berry Farm Frozen Gooseberries
• 1 1/2 cup Sugar
• 3 table spoons Minute Tapioca
• 1/2 stick Butter or Margarine
Directions:
• Mix gooseberries, sugar and tapioca.
• Let set on counter for at least 20 minutes.
• Place bottom crust in pie plate.
• Add filling.
• Dot with butter.
• Add top crust; be sure to pierce top crust to allow steam to escape.
• Bake at 350 F until the crust is golden brown; approximately one hour.
• Brush top with Milk and sprinkle with Sugar ½ way through baking.
