Fiesta Rice

Ingredients:

• 8 oz package of saffron yellow rice (we prefer Vigo brand rice)
• 15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
• 15 oz can of whole corn, drained
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 3/4 cup Treehouse Berry Farm Medium Salsa

Directions:

• Prepare rice according to package directions.
• Combine beans, corn, cumin and Treehouse Berry Farm Medium Salsa with cooked rice.

Usage:

• Use as a side dish to your favorite chicken or fish meal.
• Use as a filler for your favorite burrito or taco.
• Add grilled chicken, ground beef or fajita steak and turn this into your main meal.
• You may adjust the heat level in this dish by using a different Salsa or a combination of Salsas; Treehouse Berry Farm Mild, Medium or Hot Salsa.
